Summary

When the mysterious Nowhere Emporium arrives in Glasgow, orphan Daniel Holmes stumbles upon it quite by accident. Before long the 'shop from nowhere' and its owner, Mr Silver, draw Daniel into a breath-taking world of magic and enchantment.

Recruited as Mr Silver's apprentice, Daniel learns the secrets of the emporium's vast labyrinth of passageways and rooms - containing wonders beyond anything Daniel has ever imagined.

Amazing book, couldn't stop reading, wish it never ended. This is probably my favourite book; as I read more from the book I could see the image in my head the auther has put so much good detail it made it like I was there. Recommend to any one, this book has made me read more book by Ross Mackenzy.

This was our class read, the children were captivated with this book/storyline. We certainly got lots of good English lessons and creative writing from the idea of a nowhere emporium!

I'm about to read this to my Year 6 class. Excellent book and brings your imagination back to being a child where anything is possible! A must listen!

Lovely story. Had everything you could want in a book. Great characters, magic, mystery, good triumphs over evil. Highly recommended 💗

Enchanting!

This story was amazing- beautiful vocabulary and plot- the only thing I have to dislike is the narration is a bit hard to understand at times, because of the accent the words sound different. Other that that- five stars— amazing
