Explore the captivating history of the Ottoman Empire.

Pretty basic and succinct for me. I was surprised by how three hours boo is informative. I am just starting to learn about the Ottoman Empire so can not say if this is biased. The book lays out some basics like who, what, when and where. I would purchase this again.

A history of the Ottoman Empire which tells you nothing about the Ottoman Empire, read at breakneck speed. Ideal for anyone cramming for a test of dates and names of sultans, etc., but useless for anything else. (Am I the only person who finds the voice of the narrator really irritating?)

Uncaptivating
