I put this on during a stressful week, and it actually felt comforting to listen to. The way the book talks about emotional pain made me feel less alone. What I appreciated most is how simple the guidance is. It helps you understand why letting go is hard without making you feel guilty. It’s a calm, steady reminder that healing takes time but is definitely possible.

I read and listen several books about letting go and this book is good, the way how the author talk to me was very direct, involved me in the audio. I liked one of the chapter about the weight of the past and the negative of some thoguts. Another chapter I liked was about forgiveness. This book is simple and deep, audio is good quality.

I picked up The Path to Letting Go during one of the hardest seasons of my life and it honestly felt like someone handed me the key to a prison I didn’t fully realize I was living in. Kaloyan Yordanov writes with such warmth and clarity that every page feels like a gentle but firm hand pulling you out of the mud. I loved how he first helps you name the exact emotional baggage you’re carrying instead of just telling you to “let it go” like most books do. The chapter on breaking negative thought loops gave me tools I still use daily; within a week my constant rumination dropped dramatically. The self-compassion section hit me hard in the best way; blending Dale Carnegie’s wisdom with modern psychology made me cry and feel understood at the same time. The practical exercises are gold; the forgiveness letter prompt and the simple mindfulness practices actually worked when nothing else had. I never thought I could feel this light about mistakes I’ve regretted for years. This book gave me back my peace and my hope for the future. I would recommend it to anyone who feels stuck in old pain, overthinks everything, or simply wants to stop carrying yesterday into tomorrow. If you’re ready to breathe freely again, this is the book you need.

Narration was solid overall, though the sound quality had some minor glitches at times. Great pick for people seeking straightforward ways to release the past and move forward with confidence.
