There’s much more to know than fats, carbs and protein that much other advice is based on. Haven’t felt this empowered in years.

I found the book really fascinating, and contains lots of useful advice; but alot of this information comes in lists and big blocks of ingredients or chemicals that are difficult to follow as an audio book. Would definitely recommend this book, but probably best as a physical, paper book.

It’s unbelievable you can take two diets name paleo and vegan make up a word from both words and make a book about it , you won’t learn anything from this book if you’ve studied the paleo diet or vegan diet apart from anyone can create a book without it being assessed before it’s on sale , wish I could get my money back
