You’re not stuck. You’re running a program.

Every thought, reaction, habit, and result in your life is being driven by a hidden system—your personal algorithm. Built from past experiences, reinforced through repetition, and shaped by identity, this internal programming silently controls your behavior… even when you know better.

That’s why nothing seems to stick.

In The Personal Algorithm, you’ll learn how to identify the patterns running your life, interrupt them in real time, and replace them with intentional responses that actually hold. Through a clear, structured system, you’ll break free from the loops that keep repeating and take back control of your decisions, your actions, and your outcomes.

Because until you change the algorithm… nothing else changes.

This really made me stop and examine some habits I had been running on autopilot for years. I listened during my commute and found myself reflecting on the choices I make every day. The concepts were easy to follow and felt relevant to real life. I came away with a better understanding of myself and a clearer sense of direction.

I have read probably a dozen self help books in the last few years and done all the things you are supposed to do and kept ending up back in the same patterns. This was the first time someone actually explained why that happens in a way that made sense to me. The framing of your habits and reactions as a hidden program running in the background clicked immediately and I found myself thinking about it all week after I finished. The part about interrupting patterns in real time rather than just trying to think your way out of them was new to me and genuinely useful. It is not a motivational listen, it is more structured than that, which is exactly what I needed. I have tried the interruption technique it talks about a handful of times now and I can already feel the difference in how quickly I catch myself. I went back and listened to the middle section again because I wanted to make sure I had actually taken it in. If you are someone who knows what you should be doing but keeps defaulting to old behaviour, this one is worth your time.
