Extremely beneficial & concise. The book was clear in its chapters and the pace of the reading was just right for comprehension & reflection. It was too short for my liking, but I enjoyed it immensely. I will be listening to this on repeat to try and maximise benefit! In shaa Allah I look forward to more books from the author.
