I am very impressed with the research behind this audiobook. The historical information about this philosophy is very in-depth and engaging. I knew very little until I listened to this book.

The practices and reflections related to each of the cornerstones of the philosophy are an excellent way to improve one's application of the principles in daily life. I can see how reflecting at the end of every day would improve your application of principles in future interactions, problem-solving, and decision-making.

The short case studies of actual applications of stoicism help make sense of each value and the overall philosophy. I'll want to listen to this book multiple times.
