I didn’t realize how much I was giving away until this audiobook laid it out plain. It’s like someone finally handed me the language I didn’t know I needed. Saying no used to feel like betrayal. Now? It feels like survival. Narrated by AJ Dukette, the voice is calm but cuts through the noise. Pacing is just right, enough time to let the truth land. Some parts hit so hard I had to rewind. If you’re tired of feeling drained and done before noon, give this a shot. It’s not just advice. It’s a new way to move.

I’ve always struggled with putting others first, and this audiobook helped me understand why—and how to stop. What stood out most were the simple ways to say no that didn’t feel harsh or selfish. The parts about navigating family boundaries and work stress really hit home. It didn’t just explain boundaries—it showed me how to hold them with confidence and kindness.

I'm definitely someone who says yes too much, especially at work when I've already got too much on my plate. I've never heard someone explain the concept and benefits of setting boundaries so clearly or on so much detail. Physical boundaries and mental boundaries are covered in a way that makes it completely illogical to not set boundaries. Everyone needs this type of clear thinking in their lives.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this gave me so many doable ideas I could actually see myself trying. The examples were simple, clear, and didn’t assume you were some kind of tech genius. I liked that it focused on realistic, low-barrier ways to start not just hype. I’ve already picked two to test out, and I’m feeling way more confident about diving into AI-powered income. Great resource if you're curious but don’t know where to begin.

I didn’t realize how bad I was at setting boundaries until I listened to this. It hit home. I’ve always struggled to say “no” without feeling guilty, especially with family and work. This audiobook broke it all down in a way that finally made sense to me—no fluff, just helpful advice.
What I liked most was how it explained the reasons behind people-pleasing and how to stop doing it. It gave me clear, doable steps to start protecting my time and energy without feeling like a bad person. I even tried one of the scripts it suggested when someone asked me for something I didn’t want to do—and it worked.
The narrator was great, too. It was easy to listen to, like having a calm, confident friend talk you through it. I didn’t feel judged; I just understood.
Something I’ll come back to again whenever I need a reminder to put myself first.
