There are so many nuggets of gold in this book that once you start listening you cannot stop. I went over chapters over and over again as there was so much challenge, hope and joy. As Jennifer reads her story, you can taste the rawness of her journey while the tangibility of the hope and joy is infectious. I would wholeheartedly recommend this book to others especially anyone who is in anyway struggling with poor mental health or a sense of hopelessness.
