Book is quick to listen and still gives a lot of info. But if you have done already some research about conquering your fear of flying, you mostly won't get much new insight. I would recommend the book if you are starting your journey to beat the fear, as it quickly covers the basic topics of it.

I found tis book to be very effective. I have went from being very anxious / petrified about flying to be able to do it with relative ease. I wouldn't say I enjoy flying but I dont avoid it anymore and thats a large leap forwards.
