Very well narrated and well written, but I didn’t enjoy the book. Full of nasty characters. Not the genre for me, but others may enjoy it.

I have been working my way through A J McDine books and this is my 5th (free) I have enjoyed them all equally and will now be buying more of her books, all easy to listen to nicely narrated and full of twists to keep you engaged.

Although the main character is probably not very likeable, it’s hard to admire the way she manages her demons. Excellently crafted and very well narrated. I highly recommend this author to anyone who loves a dark read!
