As a carpenter/builder, this book opens your eyes to what can be done!! To take away the everyday grind of day works or pricing jobs way into the night! I cannot wait to further educate myself with Andy!

Can’t get past chapter 3 🤣 I think the narrator is drunk! 🥴 quite entertaining really

I was really looking forward to listening to this book and it got off to a great start but then, the narrator seemed to struggle. Couple that with a lack of editing and not removing the re-reads, burps and other strange noises, I found it hard to follow at times.

Sad to say this is the worst audio book I’ve ever listened to. Not because of the content as Andy’s story and insights are very interesting. It was because the narration and editing were awful, making it incredibly painful to listen to and follow along.

Unfortunately I’d say you are better going for one of the other great property audio books available out there.
