Sad to find out that a book managed to pass publishers scrutiny with some erroneous claims on meat consumption and health.
There is no correlation between poor cardiovascular health and meat consumption found on any published study to date.

The author briefly mentions some studies here and there and is mainly focused on anecdotes and opinions (interviews). The author also has a fixation on Trump and doesn't lose the opportunity to take multiple shots at him as he's mentioned several times throughout the book. Most of the time, the author thinks they know better and a big chunk of the book is a wild runt.
