Just like the rest of her books, this has a lovely combination of a great heroine, a degree of jeopardy and the sort of happy ending that makes you smile with satisfaction for the characters you are so fond of by the end of the novel.

This was my first Milly Johnson book and really enjoyed it. Funny and saddening all at the same time. I will certainly be listening to another one of Milly's books.

This is one of my go to books when working . A great story that I have enjoyed many times over . Read beautifully and a great story to boot . A great twist too . I don’t want spoil anything but the main characters are believable and you can’t help but root for them . Enjoy
