I hate cliffhangers, just saying. So glad I have book 4 ready to go. I was hoping book 3 would be better than book 2 and it didn’t let me down. Book 3 was way better than book 2. The story was fantastic and just got better and better. Love how the twins relationship with the four heirs gets better and better. Still hating the heirs parents.

Loved getting immersed in this world again! The world building and attention to details is incredible. I had so many laugh out loud moments with this book. There are lots of poignant moments too.

Call an ambulance after that ending my heart is in serious need of restarting! OMG! OMG! Yes I am aware i said it twice but it needs to be said twice along with a lot of words I can't use on here. Honestly each and every book these authors write just get better and better and I honestly don't know how they do it.

Just when you think nothing else bad can happen .. BAM! you've been hit in the face so hard you've fallen over only to be caught and groped by the cringer worthy water element teacher Professor Washer! Washer, unfortunately, merits special mention as every time the mere hint of him makes me cringe! As the Twins get ready to face The Reckoning, one of the hardest test they've ever had to face to they don't need him around!

The Reckoning is here and if they fail to pass it then they will be thrown out of Zodiac Academy, loose their inheritance and no longer be the future Queens of Solaria that the world so desperately need. It has never been made more clear than in he last few books how different the Vegas are to the rest of the Fae. And whilst mos Fae believe this is a bad thing it isn't.

Due to The Reckoning the boys back off and there isn't as much bullying happening, after all they believe the Vegas won't pass so they have no need to put in any work. Naturally, our Vega Queens raise to the challenge beautifully as they have in all the books.

Orion begins to realise he can no longer fight his attraction to Darcy and with Darius's thoughts not longer fully consumed by his plans to get rid of the Vega's his begin to be even more overwhelmed by a certain fiery vega that makes his very blood boil for more than one reason. Even Seth and Caleb begins to question their need to destroy the girls and wonder if there could be another way.

The cliffhanger at the end of this book is a doozy and I'm glad that Shadow Princess is out so I can go straight into it. The narrators Jake and Bridget make an already incredible book more fantastic as they narrate the story with such skill it takes the story to new heights of enjoyment! I have found a deeper love and enjoyment of this series and it is all thanks to their talents!
