Opulent doesn't begin to describe the Arizona getaway where Lowell Thurman, his wife Rachel, and their three young sons have come for one glorious week. Awful audiobook and not what I expected at all. The story makes no sense and is there any need for the graphic sex scenarios. Very disappointing. I’m glad I didn’t waste a credit on this one.

I'm new to Little and I've noticed that in the 3 books I've listened to there always seems to be some sort of sordid, carnal sexual behaviour mentioned when characters are under influences (in the Resort, The Bank and The Store. It got all got a bit much and I couldn't listen with the kids around. I'm not a fan of the narrator either.
