I loved this and I was a skeptic at first. all the other characters, and groups, in the series have their own stories to tell and it makes for a much richer experience. definitely a book I'd recommend people to read.

well worth the listen

A great addition to the spellmonger series with some interesting insights into some episodes that are referenced in the books but which Mancour builds upon and finesses in this book. I'm totally committed to the story and just love the direction that some of the mythology is taking. John Lee's performance is amazing, with his accents and vocal characterisation bring all these characters to life. I can't wait for the next book and want to thank Mr Mancour for keeping me enthralled and delightfully distracted from all the rubbish and darkness that is going on at the moment.
