This book is so necessary, and I recommend it to every woman I know! It's crazy how little we know and are educated about our own anatomy. It’s time we change that and understand the female body more deeply and fully. This book dives into breaking the taboos and shame surrounding these topics. From how the pelvic floor affects mental and emotional states, to discussing typically taboo topics, exploring sexuality and pleasure, anatomy, and womb awareness, it covers it all.
I really appreciated the critical look at society and how far we still have to go. Becoming aware of these issues and understanding their impact on ourselves is, for me, the first step toward healing.
What I loved most is that the book doesn’t stay theoretical—it provides yoga techniques and exercises you can apply immediately to improve your quality of life. I’ve been doing two of the exercises every morning, and I genuinely feel a difference in my relaxation, both physically and mentally.
This book inspired me, and I highly recommend it to every woman seeking to reclaim her body and well-being from the inside out. It’s lovingly written and beautifully narrated!
