Although this was fascinating about forensic procedures, the characters did not engage one as is normal in Lynda’s books. The abrupt ending was somewhat unsatisfactory and why, oh why has Anna Travis acquired an American twang? Michelle’s accent altered through the book too! That said, I look forward to Anna and Jessica meeting in the States and following the next episode when I hope Jessica becomes more likeable!

Tightly plotted and well described the medical details are easy to follow. The characters are likeable and seem set to form a terrific team. Looking forward to the next in the derives.
