Very good, easy accessible guide focusing on several subjects and very good advice and tips throughout

I thought it was brilliant it was very helpful and some parts quite funny too. I really enjoyed listening to it in my car via bluetooth when im driving because it took my focus away on some inconsiderate people and means I was that engaged in the topic my focus was on the audiobook. It helped me to make some decisions on self care that I really struggle with sometimes, for example when I know I am warn out and I dont want to do something I usually otherthink so much and then just do it and not want to do it. But this audibook made me realize that I can say no to things if I really dont want to do something like its OK. And its been powerful and helpful in my life. I thought the narrator was brilliant. Deffnitely worth a listen.
