Only part way through this and already very impressed. While it was made for North American audiences the techniques and advice are transferable to Europe and the UK. It has one major flaw which may not be obvious to American ears. Dr Fleming uses an associate with an English accent that is seldom heard anywhere nowadays and sounds very much like a parody of what an 'English gentleman' might have sounded like in the early 20th century.
