About this listen

After KING SOLOMON'S CURSE comes Andy McDermott's newest Wilde and Chase novel, in which the intrepid pair find themselves in a race against time - to stop an ancient Atlantean weapon (more powerful than an H-bomb) from falling into the wrong hands... before modern civilization is brought to its knees...

I love the books but the reader ruins the story somewhat his accents are awful and sound nothing like what they are supposed to be and he does words pauses at points that don’t aid the story listening. Some of the voices at times can be similar so you lose who is saying what after a while too.

Love the books shame about the reader

If you love the series you’ll enjoy the book. Although it doesn’t have the same depth to the history of the artefact as other books it doesn’t disappoint.

Another enjoyable book in the series
