This is a great series from the first book (A Demon in Silver ) the second (Hangman's Gate ) & this tital The Spear Of Malice , This is the first time I have had the pleasure of books from R. S. Ford & I can now say I am a fan these are definitely aldult fantasy & not for the easily offended by bad language or brutality , all these books are worth your credits & depending on the tier you have on your subscription you can get the first two books for free , I am now off to see what else R. S. Ford has for me to listen to on Audible, oah & did I mention that the fantastic Derek Perkins narrates all these books & 5 stars for his performance, so go ahead listen or read you will not be disappointed.

Got the first two books in the series and had to buy the third. I loved the story and it was good for it all to come to a conclusion.
Would recommend this series.

Ok, sonif you read fantasy, you'll know there's nothing new here... BUT, the characters are good, there's no fat in the story and the narration is very good.
