This really made me think. I found the linking of kaizen to psychology a very powerful idea. It's a lot more coherent than things like NLP, and gives you useful ideas you can use straight away.

A good read about the essence of Kaizen. 1 star less for the performance because I was expecting a deeper dive into use of Kaizen in practice. On the other hand it is easy to grasp the idea of Kaizen thanks to a number of examples.
