Brilliant narration from Christina Fountain who brings the angst, drama, humour and suspense to your ears.


Lola is with her friends at a spa enjoying the high tea and relaxing. As we know Lola’s dog Sassy peace doesn’t last long. Sassy goes off wondering and comes back with a knife covered in blood. Lola and Sassy find themselves in the middle of another murder. I love Sassy that bulldog knows how to sniff out trouble.

Lola and Sassy and their friends are having a relaxing spa day, when Sassy finds a knife covered in blood. What could be more relaxing than a spa day. A spa day with a side dish of murder. This is another great mystery with all our favorite characters. I love this series.

A terrific story, in which humour and intrigue intertwine. The setting at the spa is delightful, and Sassy’s antics and comments are laugh-out-loud fun. Christina Fountain’s narration is wonderful, her multitude of different voices is very entertaining.
