I thought the story line was very original, was expecting the twists and turns! Spoiler alert.......I didn't understand the lack of anger towards the kidnapper mother and somewhat lack of empathy towards the real mother, despite Gill being a mother herself. Otherwise great story line and would recommend!

I found the character Jill very annoying and idiotic. Clinging to the lies her kidnapper installed in her she never gave her birth mother a real chance and pushed too much for the kidnapper. Maybe she had a form of Stockholm syndrome. All in all I found Jill’s character insensitive and uncaring towards her birth parents.
