Mohammed Mussa was born in a rural part of northeast Ethiopia dominated by Muslims. He found fulfillment in his early years shepherding farm animals, but even as he grew and was instructed in the ways of Islam, he was traumatized by a violent father who dominated him, his mother, and siblings.
As his childhood wore on, he began to wrestle with questions some might think were too weighty for a child: Does God really exist? And if he does, is he as stern and cruel as our religion leads us to believe? Can we truly know Him? Should we even try?
This is the story of the founder of Mohammed Mussa Ministries. God has protected him through deep grief and heartbreak, near-death experiences and near-impossible escapes, and has allowed him to witness miracles of dramatic physical, mental and spiritual healing as thousands have come to know the grace and mercy of the One who saved him, through his preaching and training of indigenous evangelists.
