I love this book so much! It pulls you into Merediths world and at one point I almost there! It is a journey. I laughed and cried all the way. YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY READ IT!!

Usually books that are highly recommended on TikTok I end up being disappointed by. However this book is exactly what is written on the tin. A sweet summer romance with likable characters and very reminiscent of visco girl era. Nothing groundbreaking but a good relaxing summer read. ☀️🌸👙

I liked the story line, it had some twists and it was predictable in places but you find yourself rooting for the pair. Whilst it contains sadness, it reminds you that there are people around you for help who are waiting for you when you are ready. It was an easy book to listen to and it swept me away so it felt like I was there with each character. Enjoyable !!

The story felt like it was aimed at a very young audience. Overall, the writing was poor, especially the dialogue and character interactions. It came across as cringey and cliché rather than endearing. Instead, it felt more like a 16 year olds high school retelling. The narrator was particularly hard to listen to, far too childish for the character’s age and very jarring.
