Wasn’t sure what to expect I had watched the tv show first and enjoyed but the book is so much better really had me hooked so excited to get into more in this series

Action packed revenge story

This is a good story superbly narrated by the ever excellent Ray Porter, who could read a telephone directory & make it interesting.
My only minor gripe is that it is very, very American. All the good guys are chiselled jawed, best of the flag waving goddamned best, faultless husbands to gorgeous pillar of the community wives rearing children so perfect that could be from a Disney movie. And the bad guys make Darth Vader seem like Santa Claus.
It is a good listen though.

Great modern revenge story set in modern times and filled with super accurate depictions of all things military and special operations. And what a great job by the reader, surely the best in the business. This book will keep you listening just to hear what comes next. And it never gets boring or disappoints.
