fantastic ending, great writing, very slow start. I recommend taking the time to read this when you have the energy to power past the first few chapters the the time to finish it ask the end will have you gripping to it.

the plot was really compelling, and it's very well written. it's also skillfully narrated! I couldn't believe it was all done by the same person!
this book however does feel really long-winded, where there's too much on the anguish and woe is me of the characters. a few of the chapters could easily be cut. but the author still did a good job of exploring the emotional landscape of the characters and character build.
I really enjoyed the last couple of chapters most, and am looking forward to seeing what happens next in the series!
