I absolutely love Nanny Amies, she is so knowledgeable and passionate about the early years. I wish I'd known about you when I'd had my first as I feel like a better parent with my second with all the guidance. I found this book so helpful and started seeing the benefits straight away. With a 3 year old and 11 months old I found every chapter to be relevant and have already recommended the book to friends. Everyone with young children should read this!

I have 4 gorgeous boys. 3 of them the older ones were blooming delightful babies and toddlers with very little issue. The usual tears and tantrums but we mastered management and they are the most caring, empathetic children ever. However, my last feral baby- WOW that gorgeous little boy is a bloody nightmare, parented the exact same but our usual patter is not working. So I turned to this book from recommendations and following on TikTok. It has CHANGED OUR LIVES AND OUR SONS for the better. It’s like a miracle in a book and although I haven’t changed my parenting style as such what I have learnt is to ground myself and allow my self to be in the moment and deal with the situation, understanding Noah’s feelings and allowing him to make a good choice. He is less angry and is the first to apologise when he has had an outburst. Thank you so much Laura you are a blooming angel 🥰 Elizabeth is a very lucky little girl to have a cracking momma xx

I've really enjoyed this book so far, with a 5 year old, a 3 year old and a 4 month old, there are snippets of wisdom for me for each of my children's ages.

I really liked Laura telling stories about times in her career when she has maybe got it wrong as opposed to pretending to be the perfect Mary Poppins character.

I like how she offers explanations into different techniques for things like potty training so you can pick what will work for your family.

I would highly recommend this book to other parents.

Loved listening to this as I follow Laura on TikTok. She has so much experience and backs up her guide with research and theory. She is also so realistic with no judgment either. Love her. Love her book. Really helped with both my boys at different ages
