Definitely 5 stars. My son is nearly 2 and he has never been a great sleeper, this book really settles him and gets him to sleep on his own. I would highly recommend it!

If you are a desperate parent with one of those children that takes literal hours to go to sleep then I have to disappoint you. This is not a magical solution, but it might make your little one nice and relaxed.

When you hear the story it’s going to sound hokey because of strange hypnotist chat. But roll with it, my son didn’t query it.

Is it worth the money? Possibly only if you are out of options.

It doesn’t make anyone go to sleep. But is very relaxing.
