That book recommended that I read this book, Volume 1. I groaned inwardly, but bought it anyway. I'm so glad I did!
The nuggets and context Kassandra provides around the questions are helpful, interesting and stimulating.
The way Kassandra recommends incorporating the questions is something I do subconsciously anyway, perhaps as a result of my coach training. However, after reading the book, I've decided to make Kassandra's recommendation part of a conscious daily practice.
I highly recommend this book to new and seasoned coaches alike, and I'm looking forward to reading my copy of Volume 2.
