Summary
As Grand City's newest hero, Dr. Fizz Junior, Dave Murphy is a bit out of his element. Luckily, he has his friends and the "Original Dr. Fizz", Baxter Whitehead, around to help show him the ropes.
Still, it's all a bit much. A chance encounter with a poseur leads to a visit from the Superhero Enforcement Bureau and a lot of unwanted attention. Soon, a new nemesis comes calling, looking to defeat the upstart hero before he can even get his feet wet.
He's in over his head, and he knows it. Soon, he will have to decide...to Fizz, or not to Fizz.
