Enjoyable with good tips and hacks. Zoned out here and there and found it difficult to follow some sections where you ideally need the book to read and reread. I will be reviewing his resources and may decide to buy a hard copy book. Recommend it.

There was nothing new in this book for me as I have read widely around the topic it deals with BUT it collates all the useful and relevant information into a reader-friendly format that is easy to implement and understand. I have recommended this book to so many people. It has become my 'got to' for all things well-being related.
Well read and easy to listen to too.
