I knew very little about the Vagus Nerve before this book. I have learned so much! And it was really interesting. I learned that by toning this nerve, we can effectively communicate with our autonomic nervous system and re-regulate it. And that will help with improved mental and physical health.

I first heard about vagus nerve several years ago but did not have time to delve into it. I have recently discovered audio books and it is such a great format, I can listen while I drive. So, I learned SO much about this very important nerve and am excited to learn more. Thanks for a great introduction! It would have been nice to have chp names (not just numbers) in the table of contents.

We focus on external communication with others, but the way the various parts of our body communicate with each other is vital. I also discovered that the human body is incredible in how it self-regulates, and the vagus nerve is so important as it is instrumental in helping to calm the body. By undertaking the practical exercises in the audiobook, you can begin allowing your body to function more calmly and optimally.
