This audiobook completely changes the way you see fear and stress, its amazing! Dr. Maria helped me see my anxiety in a whole new way and helped me understand the neuroscience behind it. By helping me have a better understanding of my anxiety, I was able to focus on the exercises and really absorb the coaching tips.
