Well i was at a loss for what to listen to and so i tried this. Jean Plaidy is a prolific author and does a half decent job, however she does tend to enforce her biases, which were very much of their time, ie sexual mores, the behavior of women etc. But it was okHas The Vow on the Heron put you off other books in this genre?
Well, to be perfectly honest i will not read another Jean Plaidy because i feel that modern research disproves her analyses. But she's not too bad really.Did the narration match the pace of the story?
The narration was good, it matched very wellIf this book were a film would you go see it?
If this audio book were a film, i'd watch it if someone else was payingIt passes the time
