This book is really well written and is this first time that I've enjoyed a book even though I didn't really like ANY of the main characters.

The story is straight up about an illicit attraction between two old college friends, but it is nuanced, and dealt with sensitively. And you're never really sure whether you want the old friends to 'connect' or not.

You are invested though, even if it is just to find out what happens next...
