It’s a good book to read, so I would recommend yes. It’s mostly focused on men serving in a relationship in my point of view and how they should be with their woman. I thought it would touch more in detail on different aspects of being a man rather than just focusing on sex more than anything. Nevertheless, there were some nuggets of non sexual content in there that is useful.

The narration was done well.
