I’ve been dealing with serious respiratory issues the last year, and no matter what I do a nasty cough just won’t go away. Since I’ve started listening to this book, I’ve begun to follow the advice to help balance my gut, and I noticed that the spill over into pretty much every area of my life is incredible! I obviously haven’t been doing this very long, but I noticed that I have more energy throughout the day, I sleep better at night, I can work out harder during my workouts. I even feel like my cough has lessened. I feel extremely grateful for this book, and the author’s efforts to make it friendly and approachable. The narration was pretty awesome, and though I received this title for free, I definitely would’ve bought it with my own money.
