through a difficult time. Dont let the witchy title turn you off. It is full of genuinely good self care advice and tips, including self care rituals. This book will guide and remind you how to navigate your way through life's challenging times. We all have the power to help outselves but when your life is in chaos, distress, pain or grief it is often hard to remember how to cope and the importance of taking care of you.
