I found this book very eye-opening. I mean, I knew that the things you eat, for example, affects you, but I found this book to tell me exactly how that happens. Then, the solutions are quite practical - things like add more collagen to your diet, eat soft foods, take digestive aids, and so forth. I'm looking forward to seeing the effect the changes I have made as a result of this book on my life. It's quite prescriptive and easy enough to follow.
