Kate smashed her objective in helping you to understand the workings of a child’s brain in an accessible way. I listened to this as a lot of my friends are having children and I didn’t want to be that judgemental friend. This book has helped me to not only understand how a child’s brain works and how to handle challenging situations but also the difficulties for parents in managing their children just because of the circumstances people find themselves in because they’re parents. I have so much more sympathy for parents.
Kate is a great orator; I really enjoyed listening to her reading her book. Some laugh out loud moments.
I have recommended this to all my friends who are parents and even my boss who has been having issues with her son.
A worthwhile listen

Thought provoking and fascinating even for a non parent
