Should be mandatory reading for those with little common sense. Myleene shows she's not just 'lucky', but in fact a sensible, methodical hard worker

Obvious for some, good for others

Oh gosh I’m sorry to write a poor review. I like the concept of this book but in reality the information was far too light touch. Also, The chapter headings were misleading in places. For example I don’t learn about managing household finances so much as how the author teaches her children about finances.
Info on CPR etc (‘rescue remedies’) is useful escape it lacked detail. For example at what ages should be methods of compression vary. I think it would work much better if it was marketed to pre-teens learning about the world but it seems to be aimed at parents (and I don’t know about you but I’m aware that tweezing my legs would not be the most effective hair-removal method). Mylene’s voice works well for short segments of broadcast but the delivery isn’t right for a while audiobook- it made every line sound like a punchline. So this isn’t for me, but perhaps gift it to adolescents and it could be genuinely informative.
