Don't be fooled by the title, this is a book of direction for your life and in it you will recognise things about yourself (and your life) you were not aware of. After reading (or listening) for the firsr time you would be wise to revisit this book again and again from time to time! This book gets better and better the more you read it, the only side effect being you yourself will get better and better the more you read it.
