I really like Andrea’s open and honest presentation style on Loose Women anyway and this book, the first of hers I have listened to, was like having a good friend in the room. I binged it in one go. Andrea shares her life experiences to date in a totally honest and heartfelt way. She offers advice and encouragement in a none preachy way. I would total recommend this audio book to anyone needing inspiration and encouragement to not give up on your dreams. Thanks Andrea.

I probably hold some kind of world record for the amount of self-help, self-development books I own... but this one spoke to me in ways I can’t describe! It’s bundled up a lot of the little gems I’ve learnt over the years alongside so so many new ones which I just know are going to help me even further on my path. I cannot thank you enough Andrea. I needed this so much, I guess the universe knew huh?! You’ve quite possibly saved my life x🙂

Worth a listen if only to make you realise we all have the same struggles and insecurities. Chapter 9 sums it up beautifully.
