Letting go is not a process that comes naturally to us. In a world that teaches us to cling to what we love at all costs, there is an undeniable art to moving on - and it's one that we are constantly relearning. In this series of honest and poignant essays, Heidi Priebe explores the harsh reality of what it means to let go of the people and situations we love most - often before we are ready to - and how to embrace what comes next.

this book helped me accept the end of my relationship to someone I can't imagine seeing everyday for rest of my life

This book has gotten me out of a very black hole and I use the chapters when I think I’m going back in there. Loved it and will continue to read it on my future journey thank you x

Inspiring and totally relatable

Too much hopefulness and romance about a past love and future loves. An idealistic look at what love was, is and could be. Not addressing the issue that we may remain unhappy! Too mushy for me but poetic in its way and definitely some take homes amongst the lovey stuff.

Not for me - a bit hopefully icky
