As an empathic/HSP life can be such a struggle but since listening to this book the struggle has become alot less. I learned techniques like setting boundaries and learning to say NO. Setting boundaries has always been hard for me. I been I people pleaser for as long as I can remember...childhood really haha. With the help of this book I learned proper ways to not only set but enforce boundaries when needed. I also learned when someone doesn't respect the boundaries I implant to walk away. Which is a major skill for HSPs self love. I like book alot.
