I decided to listen to this because I finished the Lauren Asher Billionaire Dreamland series and LOVED the writing and characters. You can definitely tell this is one of Ashers earlier books, the characters don't quite develop and flow like her newer writing. It was still enjoyable and the narration is fantastic, I just found myself cringing at certain aspects/dialogue between the MMC and MFC. Overall good, but Billionaire Dreamland series tops. 👌🏼

I was a good story but I excepted a little more to be honest. There were moments where I wondered what the scenes looked like because certain parts were only set in mayas head with little explanation of the world around her. I wish there was a little more depth to some of the chapters but it picked up in the second half and left me happy in the end. Definitely worth a listen if you like formula 1 :D

I love F1 and heard lots of good things about this series. I enjoyed the book and the narrators, the story felt a little slow to begin with but really loved the last 50% of the book.
